The work done was of poor quality and incomplete & he was very rude (swearing and threatening us). When he was asked to complete the work he was very rude & aggresive and wanted the full payment for incomplete work. I told him the painting was not complete & cracks were not covered properly but he threatened us. The cracks were not filled properly so cracks have reappeared. He even tried to tell us the quote was for only 1 coat of paint when we agreed it was for 2 coats. He even told us to buy paint for 2 coats. We also found beer bottle outside in our garden which the employee was drinking.
